Medal Table Ranking with Cascading Tie-Breakers

An international sports analytics desk stores medal counts by country and needs a deterministic leaderboard for publishing and downstream reporting.

Table: MedalStandings

country: unique country name
gold_medals: number of gold medals won
silver_medals: number of silver medals won
bronze_medals: number of bronze medals won

Task: Return the same rows sorted by ranking priority:

higher gold_medals first
if tied, higher silver_medals first
if tied, higher bronze_medals first
if still tied, country ascending lexicographically

Output requirements:

Return exactly these columns: country, gold_medals, silver_medals, bronze_medals
All rows must appear exactly once
