The assistant fills saved details without overwriting existing entries. Use Resume, Cover letter and Custom data to preview saved versions, create a draft or fill missing professional answers. Document tools appear beside the employer’s upload fields, with a saved-version list and paper preview. Auto-apply supports reviewed Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby roles. A new required answer, changed form, login or verification pauses the application for you. Other providers need direct completion and submission.

The assistant supports exact-job Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby embedded frames. Nested, ambiguous or unfamiliar employer widgets and multi-step questions need direct completion. If the helper cannot identify a control, it leaves it for you.

AI helps with wording, you own the facts

Open & fill reuses saved answers without AI credits. Optional AI drafting and rewriting begin when you choose an AI action, with your available credits shown inline. The provider uses recorded professional facts and employer questions or job descriptions. Review each suggestion, rewrite it or edit the employer field; Keep this answer saves the exact wording for matching future questions. Your account password, browser cookies, contact fields and local attachment contents are not included. Unknown eligibility, pay, personal decisions, sensitive questions and consent stay yours to complete. AI text is a draft; source references and number checks do not guarantee factual accuracy. Automatic and recurring applications use approved saved answers without generating new wording.

Your facts, your authorization

Individual and batch approvals are tied to the reviewed roles and exact files. Recurring rules authorize future roles under explicit targets, frozen facts/files, daily limits, selected hours and an expiry; changed details require another review. All execution is tied to your paired desktop browser. Reviewed queued roles can wait for Chrome; expired approvals need another review. Known ATS website access remains installed, but the helper acts only on the original job tab and verified application routes for that job. Job tokens and answers stay in Chrome session storage; local files selected in the helper stay in the browser. Originals you explicitly upload on OneNoughtOne are encrypted in private storage and can be reused; they are not sent to AI. Job credentials stay in trusted extension storage; the employer page cannot read your private document library or previews. A revocable connection credential and the website address are remembered in extension-only local storage for up to 30 days.

Server-created documents are encrypted, and your approved job session can browse your own document history. Attachments use exact reviewed role versions, selected originals or your reviewed main documents; those choices are bound when you approve the application. Previously saved answers can be reused; you can remove them in job preferences. Exact supported demographic choices save privately for matching country contexts; employer agreements and signatures are never reused.

Know whether you applied

The helper shows progress and watches the same application page for a positive supported confirmation. Filling or clicking alone never marks a job Applied. If the employer redirects or its confirmation is unfamiliar, check the outcome and record it on OneNoughtOne. An uncertain attempt pauses further submissions to avoid duplicates.

Check your first application

Start with Open & fill, inspect the answers and attachments on the employer form, and submit only when you want to apply. Enable recurring applications after reviewing your saved facts and evergreen files. Pause a rule from Jobs to cancel unsent work. Download verification status from the toolbar popup if something needs investigation; it contains no answers, document contents or credentials.
